MUSIC FESTIVAL
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Pendarvis Farm, Pickathon offered attendees a unique experience with stages doubling as art installations, creating an immersive environment where music and art seamlessly intertwined.

Collaborating with Joyful, we were tasked with designing two stage installations in the Cosmic Grove area. Drawing inspiration from a narrative of alien bots crash-landing and setting up a temporary camp to recharge their "Love Capacitor," we crafted an otherworldly experience that captivated festival-goers.

First up: concepting and crafting over 80 alien bots, each decked out with custom graphics and working lights. It was an all-hands-on-deck effort, rallying our entire team and friends to bring these interstellar characters to life.

Next up: crafting a plethora of alien structures scattered throughout the area, along with stage backdrops featuring spaceships for full effect. Our commitment to sustainability shone through, as we sourced approximately 80% of our materials
from recycled or scrap suppliers, ensuring that our creations were both imaginative and environmentally conscious.
Finally, it was time to install all our creations, including the interactive "Love Capacitor." We painted each piece with blacklight-reactive paint, transforming the Cosmic Grove into a dual-experience wonderland—vibrant by day and glowing by night. The installation was a massive hit; with so much love in the air, we're sure those aliens recharged and headed home stoked.
